To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified with your CPF and personal details confirmed. If you have an active bonus balance, you may still request a withdrawal of your real balance — however, any bonus balance not yet converted to real funds will be canceled if the rollover has not been completed. Withdrawals do not affect your existing real balance.
Withdrawals above R$ 50,000.00 may be subject to additional identity and source-of-funds verification. This process is completed within 24 hours with support from the 78game team, available via chat and WhatsApp.
78game may temporarily hold a withdrawal if suspicious activity, a breach of these Terms, or a document verification requirement is identified. The user will be notified by email and can resolve the situation through support.
New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, with no promo code required. The bonus is applied automatically after the first deposit made via any accepted method, starting from R$ 20.00.
The bonus balance is subject to a 5× rollover requirement on the bonus amount received. You have 30 calendar days from the activation date to complete the rollover. Bets on football, slots, jackpot, poker, and crash games contribute 100% toward the rollover. Live Casino bets contribute only 10%. Sports Betting bets with odds below 1.40 per selection do not count toward the rollover.
If the user requests a withdrawal before completing the full rollover, the remaining bonus balance will be cancelled. The real balance is not affected by this action. The user may choose to keep the bonus active and withdraw only their real balance, as described in item 4.2.
78game's weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and other recurring promotions have their own specific terms published on each offer's page. Where a conflict arises between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail to the extent they are more favorable to the user.
78game reserves the right to cancel bonuses if it identifies promotion abuse, use of multiple accounts, or bets that constitute arbitrage to meet rollover requirements without real risk (hedging). What constitutes abuse is determined at the discretion of 78game's compliance team, with the user retaining the right to appeal via support.
Bets may only be placed while the market is open. A confirmed bet is a binding contract. 78game does not cancel bets after confirmation, except in the cases set out in these Terms (cancelled events, odds errors).
Odds published due to an obvious error — values clearly outside standard market range — may be voided by 78game, with the staked amount refunded to the user's balance. The definition of "obvious error" is assessed on a case-by-case basis by the trading team, taking into account market odds at the time the bet was placed.
If an event is cancelled before it starts or postponed by more than 36 hours, all pre-match bets are refunded to the user's balance. Live bets placed on a portion of an event already underway follow specific rules published in each sport's rules section. Bets on tournaments (Brasileirão, Libertadores, etc.) are not affected by individual match postponements unless the tournament is cancelled entirely.
Results are settled based on official competition sources — CBF, CONMEBOL, international federations. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, 78game waits for official confirmation before settling bets. Users can check the settlement status of any bet in their account area.
All casino games available on 78game — slots, progressive jackpot, crash games such as Aviator and JetX, poker, live casino — use random number generators (RNG) audited by independent certification bodies. The RTP for each game is published on its respective game page.
78game crash games use provably fair technology, allowing any player to independently verify the authenticity of each round's result using the cryptographic hash published before the round begins.
Casino game bets are final once confirmed.
